Refund, and Cancellation Policy:
Minimum 3 days reservation in season.
A deposit of two days rental required for each five days of stay to confirm reservation
applied to last days of reservation. Deposits refundable if notified 21 days in
advance in writing – subject to a 25% service charge. Deposits are nonrefundable
if reservation is cancelled less then 21 days prior to arrival. No refunds for
inclement weather, early checkouts, or no-show.
Guest
minimum age 25 unless traveling with family.
Only
registered guests are permitted on the property. Visitors will be instructed to
leave.
Deposits can be made by personal check or credit card. Rooms will
be held for ten days awaiting your deposit.
Remaining balance for the
entire stay must be paid in full on arrival by cash or credit card. Sorry, no
personal checks at check-in.
