ALL ROOMS CAN ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL PERSONS
Minimum
3 days reservation in season. A deposit of two days rental required for each five
days of stay to confirm reservation applied to last days of reservation, balance
due on arrival. Deposits refundable if notified 21 days in advance in writing
– subject to a 25% service charge. Deposits are nonrefundable if reservation is
cancelled less then 21 days prior to arrival. No refunds for inclement weather,
early checkouts, or no-show. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Visitors will be instructed to leave.
Every unit at the Monterey
is individually owned and would therefore have slightly different decor.
Guest
