All reservations are tentative until confirmed by telphone or e-mail.

A reservationist will contact you by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours to discuss your advance reservation.

-Advance deposit of one night for each five nights of your stay is required to confirm each reservation.
-Deposits are made by personal check or credit card. Rooms will be held for seven days awaiting your deposit.
-Deposit is non-transferable.
-Remaining balance for the entire stay must be paid in full on arrival by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Sorry, no personal checks at check-in.

-All confirmed reservations are guaranteed.
-Your deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before your arrival. Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than two weeks in advance, less a 25% handling fee.
